The entire staff of Beacon Resources along with USACE personnel from the Topographic Engineering Center were in attendance at the USSD annual conference providing demonstrations of the Dam Safety Program Management Tools (DSPMT) and the recently published 2005 National Inventory of Dams (NID), showing how the DSPMT could be utilized to provide inputs to the biennial report to Congress, and discussing how the DSPMT can contribute to portfolio risk assessment.
