This application imports survey points in the following format into the currently open MicroStation design file:

<Point Number, Northing, Easting, Elevation, Description>

For every survey point imported, a zero-length line string is placed at the point origin coordinate and a text element is placed which contains the point number and description.  The element symbology, font, justification, etc. for the text is taken from the current active settings.  The origin of the text element is placed at the coordinate of the point.
